At Multimedia Gen Academy, we strive to ensure every student has a rewarding learning experience. However, if you need to request a refund, the following policy applies:

1. Course Cancellation by Academy:
   If Multimedia Gen Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund, including all fees paid.

2. Student-Initiated Refund Requests:

   • Before Course Start Date: Students may receive a full refund if they cancel at least 7 days before the course start date.
   • Within 7 Days of Course Start: If a student cancels within 7 days of the course start date, a 50% refund will be issued.
   • After Course Start: No refunds will be issued once the course has started. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, subject to review.

3. Processing Time:
   Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Fees:
   Application fees and any third-party material costs are non-refundable.
